ScaleGone™ – Solid Controlled Slow or Extended Release Scale Inhibitor
ScaleGone™ is designed to be placed along with proppant, slowly delivering scale inhibitors where they are needed the most.

ScaleGone™ technology delivers long-term protection from scale build-up using a threshold inhibitor which is effective against oilfield scales like calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, strontium and barium sulfate. It also aids in preventing precipitation of naturally occurring radioactive material (NORM) waste.

Applications: ScaleGone™ inhibitor is recommended for use in wells with BHT of up to 280F.

Compatibility: ScaleGone™ inhibitor is compatible with all known aqueous fracturing fluids including slick-water, linear & cross-linked gels.

ScaleGone™ leaves no residue in the proppant pack.  Other long-term inhibitors leave behind insoluble residue like polymers, silica or diatomaceous earth, reducing proppant pack conductivity.
